I have received the modem and connected it correctly as you described. Thank you. Though the problem persists, the network is present and shows as full but there is no connection. I even though it might be my device, but i tried to connect with different computers and devices and still encounter the same problem. So when there is connection it runs very fast and normal but when it disappears it takes few minutes to reconnect…and unfortunately that happens numerous times per day.
