I purchased a new Prepaid Airbag eSIM today. While I was doing the digital ID validation (PXL Vision), my network timed out, and the link expired.
To generate a new QR code, I am trying to log into the “My Sunrise” portal. Earlier in the cockpit, I enabled 2FA and registered my Turkish mobile number (which I successfully verified via email). However, the login screen now strictly demands an active Swiss mobile number to send the SMS code.
Since this new Sunrise line is my very first Swiss number and it is not activated yet, I cannot receive the SMS. (The email 2FA option also says it is no longer available). I am completely locked out of the portal due to this 2FA loop.
Could a moderator please help generate a direct ID validation link and send it to my registered email address so I can bypass the portal login and activate my line? I can provide my Customer Number and Order Details via Private Message.
