New SSO login for the Sunrise Community
Access to the Sunrise Community is now even easier: Sunrise customers can now sign in directly to the community using their My Sunrise login. A separate community login is no longer required.
One login for everything
With the introduction of Single Sign‑On (SSO), My Sunrise and the Sunrise Community are now even more closely connected. This means for you:
✅ One user account for My Sunrise and the community
✅ No additional password required
✅ Fast and convenient login
✅ High security standards through centralized authentication
Simply use your familiar My Sunrise credentials – whether with email address, mobile number or customer number.
How the new login works
When logging in to the Sunrise Community, you will automatically be redirected to the My Sunrise login. After successful authentication, you are taken straight back to the community and can, as usual:
All seamlessly – and without any extra effort.
Important information for existing community profiles
Existing community profiles can be automatically retained if the email address stored in My Sunrise matches the one used in the community.
If the email addresses do not match, you have two options:
If the email addresses do not match, you will be prompted during your first login to define a new community profile name for a new account.
