Signed up friday 13.3.26 for 5G contract after poor performance with a 90-day prepaid 5G SIM. I was told by Sunrise rep that prepaid has lower performance compare to contract (I was using Huawei 5G). Therefore, I signed up for 24month at 30.00/month. No one told me about free router when I was on the phone.
Just order the Brovi 5 H165-383 from Sunrise for 228.00. Same terrible speed not even getting close to 100Mpbs.
So far, I tested using 3 different brands (Huawei, TP-Link and Brovi 5G router), and I got a a conclusion is Sunrise and not the device.
We have a client with the Huawei 5G and got a Swisscom SIM, and he’s getting over 500Mbps.
Something is not right here. I’m not expecting the speed to get with competitor, but this is ridiculous.

Does the Borbi 5G CPE6 ( H165-383) is locked with Sunrise or can it be used with other providers?
