@TerrorZwerg has been a Community user from the very beginning and a superuser since September 2016. Contrary to his nickname, he provides useful tips. In his spare time, he drives around in his truck (or so). In real life, he would love to be Batman. And there’s still one thing he’s dying to know. Find out what it is and what else you need to know about him in this brief interview.
Superuser @TerrorZwerg provides useful tips to the UPC Community.
You’ve been a Community superuser for a while now. What’s the best thing about being a superuser?
Helping others, being in contact with like-minded people and getting all the latest news slightly in advance. Plus being able to take part in the (voluntary) beta tests.
And what is your technical field of expertise?
Horizon, modem reboots. 😛 Somehow just getting everything up and running again.
All joking aside: PCs in general, networks and cabling. Apart from on mobiles, I hate Wi-Fi!
Well, that’s interesting…. On the subject of mobiles: Where can we find you when you’re not online?
In my truck, out and about or playing video games.
What’s the score with superheroes?
Batman. Shows that you don’t need superpowers just super gadgets (and the wherewithal to use them). 😛
Although not directly related to gadgets and such, what came first, the chicken or the egg?
The egg, otherwise where would the chicken have come from? :smileylol:
Good question … here’s our final one: What has been your funniest (or weirdest) experience with UPC?
It’s weird that I still have the first Horizon and it’s still working reasonably well without being too loud.
Although I haven’t had much experience with telephone support, when I have, it’s always been very good with the Community and the Mods.
And what’s funny and totally incomprehensible is how you’re supposed to get more Wi-Fi by switching subscription. Please enlighten me!
