Well… how can UPC Webmail Service justify to be “down” for more than 9 hours… and e-mails are still NOT ACCESSIBE after all this time ? My airline booking is confirmed, but I can’t receive the E-Ticket since the mail service @swissonline.ch is down… and there is no indication on how much longer this will take.
UNACCEPTABLE… VERY POOR SERVICE… Any other reputable and RELIABLE e-mail provider has multi-servers and various “ring-mains” of cabling to circumvent such a problem. Just like electricity services are delivered.
