Enable switch between router and bridge mode

Hello,

I just had my home internet upgraded this week to 2.5Gbit and I was told to post here and request the ability to change myself my Connect Box to Bridge mode. I saw I needed to request ipv4 for this. Can anyone please help me with this request? Is any additional information needed?

Hi Guilherme,

I can see that your modem is already using IPv4. I also see that you have a fiber modem. Unfortunately, bridge mode is not available for fiber modems.
