Trying to contact Sunrise customer service on phone has been extremely frustrating. I’ve attempted to reach the Service Department several times but keep facing very long waiting times with no success.
On top of that, I don’t have a Swiss mobile number at the moment and I’m unable to log in to my Sunrise account, which means I can’t access or manage my subscription.
Does anyone know what options are available in this situation or how to resolve this? Any guidance would be appreciated.
