Cable connection fee- TV Gebühren

I have an internet 600 entertainment 600 abo und would like to know if the cable connection fee is included there (TV Gebühren), so that I can ask my landlord to take the necessary action towards Sunrise as I pay this fee also in my Nebenkosten. I tried to call the customer service twice but they made me only more confused, so trying it here. Thanks

It’s kinda hard to tell it the cable connection fee is included. Since I am just another customer and have no knowledge of your contract.

In general the fee is included, if you have a contract for internet, tv and/or phone. In some cases people got a refund for the connection fee by UPC. Sunrise doesn’t do that.

I’m sure, @Sunrise_Team might be able to look into it and give a more refined answer.

The Entertainment subscription does not include the cable connection fees. In order for these to be included, you would have to have your product adjusted via 0800 707 707. Your administration can then remove the costs from the service charges.
