2-factor authentication question for shared family account

Hi,

We have internet and my cell phone plan with Sunrise. The account is under my name, and the 2-factor authentication goes to my phone. Now, my spouse is rolling his phone plan over to Sunrise. But whenever he wants to do something with his phone/sim, or to check the account, he has to have me nearby to give him the authentication code. Is there a way where he can also be authorized to receive the authentication code? It looks right now, there is only an option to choose one number.

There’s only one phone number you can have regarding the 2FA.

In order to gain access without 2FA, you’ll need to setup the MySunrise-App on the phone. Once the app is connected and running, there’s no need for 2FA when using the app again.
