I used Sunrise eSim without any problems on the Galaxy S22 Ultra. I reset the phone, sold it and bought an S25 Ultra. Made a request for a new QR code with the My Sunrise application. I transferred 20 CHF as requested, but it says that the system sent me an SMS for confirmation. I have not received any SMS and how can I receive one if the card does not work despite entering the eSim. The Internet does not work, calls do not work and neither do SMS messages. I repeated the process for a new QR code, loaded 20 CHF again, but still no success.
What to do?
