Daniele_Sunrise thank you for your reply. Yes, indeed, all the other partners are active and I’m able to connect to their networks in both 4G and 5G NSA, except for Orange, where 5G SA roaming is not yet active (I assume) and it sometimes takes a bit of time to fall back to 4G+5G NSA.
However, in what concerns Free Mobile, this doesn’t really look like a technical restriction, as it has now been happening for nearly two years (since I became Sunrise customer in June 2024).
I would greatly appreciate it if your corresponding team would investigate the issue and probably contact Free in order to work with them to solve the issue.
