I was informed by sunrise that they were upgrading my Internet to fiber free of charge. The router and new small TV box have arrived but I haven’t had any activation notification to let me know the date and also the connector number on my wall fibre socket. How long does this normally take? I can’t check any order status as I haven’t ordered anything… all was done by sunrise. Thanks.
