Hello Sunrise Team and Community,
I’m suddenly unable to access my Nussbaum heating system’s remote portal. This issue began right after enabling Surf Protect on my Sunrise internet subscription.
It feels like a false positive from Surf Protect’s filtering, since nothing has changed on the Nussbaum side, and we’ve had reliable access for 18 months following the initial port opening setup with tech support. I am worried that the port setting might now have been changed unbeknownst to me.
Does anyone have ideas on how to resolve this issue? I did ask Sunrise to disable Surf Protect to see if this resolves it, as I can not do that remotely for some reason, I was told I had to install Smart Wifi first, which is first of all in contradiction to Surf Protect brochure and I did not order Surf Protect in the first instance. And I can not install the Smart wifi for another few months, but I need immediate access to my heating.
Rather frustrating customer service issues to be honest!
Could the team investigate whitelisting the domain, or is there another potential block (e.g., related to legacy port configurations)?
