Unable to make and receive calls

I am unable to make and receive calls with my sunrise number. There is no tone when I call and my number doesn’t respond when someone calls me. SMS work correctly.

I am also not able to call your support hotline.

Please help me to solve that problem.

Please make sure VoLTE is enabled on your phone. I assume you’re talking about a mobile phone.

Sometime a reboot of the phone solves the problem, just encountered that a few days ago with a Samsung A52.
