Since one of the technicians disabled Internet socket on my three hole socket and put the Internet cable into the TV socket, effectively rendering my three hole socket into a two hole socket, I can no longer plug my Sunrise TV Box into TV socket, which, in turn, means that I’m unable to watch the majority of channels. I am, obviously, able to watch these channels using the TV app on my Samsung TV, but it only recently got updated to play 1080p streams.
Now, what I would like, is to replace the Sunrise TV Box with the Sunrise IPTV Box.
Any idea how can I do this without calling? Maybe by email?
