pato This is nonsense.
There is no guinea pigs here. Equipment and software has been created to handle IPv6 for decades now. We are late here, sunrise mobile is late, period. There should be absolutely no excuse for this outside of pure laziness and lack of motivation.
This request is absolutely justified and should be pushed as a high priority by Sunrise in order to simplify it’s own infrastructure, that all of us pay for btw!
Sadly there is a lot of ignorant people that still talk about it and about networking as if it is still a “testing” thing. It is not. As pointed out by Tomas here by multiple EU operators, including Swisscom that is finally moving in the right direction too.
There is nothing to test anymore, it just needs to be implemented yesterday, it’s shame to be IPv4 and CGNAT is just a hack to allow IPv4 to stay alive a bit longer.

"World IPv6 Launch
Following the success of the original World IPv6 Day, the exercise was repeated on June 6, 2012 as the World IPv6 Launch, this time with the intention of leaving IPv6 permanently enabled on all participating sites.[19] The event was billed as “this time, it’s for real”.[20]"
