QAJ I can’t measure your fibre connection, but you can request this by calling 0800 707 707. However, I have checked your settings on the modem and they are fine.
Based on your description of the error, I would suggest either the hard drive or an antivirus scanner, provided that the line values are correct. Does the hard drive have sufficient storage space and are you using antivirus software?
What type of device are you using and is it displaying the error? Is it a Mac? If so, how is it connected to the internet? Directly via Wi-Fi, a docking station or a USB to LAN adapter?
