yro965 Can I activate the landline with any phone or do I have to purchase a Sunrise device? Why is it that I bought a landline phone and it doesn’t have service even though it’s included in my plan?
Xydocq hello yro965 Welcome to the community. Any analog Phone should work with a Sunrise Connect Box. Please make sure that the phone is connect to Tel.1. Tel.2 doesn’t work. Also phone has to be activated/ready when checking on the Connect Box.
