I haven’t had issues in the past, but for the last few weeks, my 5G keeps disconnecting every few seconds when I try to download something. It happens any type of download - YouTube, Netflix, Play Store, to the point where I cannot download an app on mobile data.
In the status bar, it switches from
5G with bars (normal connection, download starts)
5G icon disappears but the bars are still there (no data, download stops)
Bars disappear, “no connection/no entry” icon appears
5G and bars re-appear (download resumes or is cancelled)
And this repeats every 5-10 seconds
This is the same regardless of where I am - urban, rural, on the move or stationary.
I have tried restarting my phone, updating OS, switching the eSIM on and off. No changes.
