Sunrise QoQa Internet Speed and Smart Wifi Extender

Hello,

It seems that my internet speed has issues since it states that at my adress the speed. I know it is the maximum but there is a huge difference.

Here is my actual speed, from my firewall which is plugged-in (no Wifi).

Should I be switched to fiber?

Als, since I am a Sunrise QoQa customer I would like to order the Smart Wifi extender, in the portal it still says it is 5CHF/month.

thmiz On this page we have created a detailed help page on what you need to pay attention to in order to get 2.5Gbit via HFC (cable network). Please read the page once and adjust your setup if necessary.

If you have any questions about switching to fiber, please contact our customer service on 0800 707 707. The WIFI Extender can be ordered via My Sunrise at the advertised price of 5.- CHF / month. If QoQa has a special offer here, you must contact QoQa.
