I tried to set up Port forwarding but there is no such an option

I assume this is due to the DS lite and lack of public IPv4 (shared one)

Is there a way to change this for me to have a IPv4 address to use port forwarding?

I Believe this is on the Connect box 1

You can call the hotline 0800 707 707 and request the switch to IPv4.
