Hi everyone,
I’m trying to set up a SIM card on my iPad (the latest model), but it doesn’t have a physical SIM slot. So, I requested an eSIM from my carrier — however, they’re asking me to confirm the SIM-to-eSIM change via an SMS… which is supposed to be sent to the same SIM card I can’t insert in my iPad.
I went to the store, and they told me I’d receive a letter, but it’s been a week and I still haven’t gotten anything.
What can I do in this situation? Has anyone gone through something similar?
