Dear all, do you know if there is an email address to reach Sunrise? Is there any way to submit the contact form without logging into my account?
It has been difficult to cancel my internet subscription since I have already moved abroad. My Swiss number is no longer active, so I am unable to receive the login code. Therefore, I cannot access my account to send the contact form to Sunrise. Making an international call is also not possible from my side.
It has been such a frustrating process trying to reach Sunrise. I would greatly appreciate your advice or assistance! Thank you very much!
