Connect Box 3: Port forward menu

Hello,

I cannot find the port forwarding menu in my connect box 3

Some menus seems to be missing.

Is anyone facing the same issue, or am I missing some setting here?

Welcome to the community.

Your Connect Box 3 HFC runs on IPv6. In order to get port forwarding or modem mode running, the connection has to be switched to IPv4.

Please call 0800 707 707 and request the switch to IPv4. Once it is applied, options for port forwarding will be visible.
