The Basic TV over cable, is a left over of UPC. In general it has little to do with Sunrise TV.
The smallest TV plan Sunrise offers, is UP TV M. There's no TV Box included, it just runs on the apps over internet. It has no tv cables! To order UP TV M you'll need to bundle it with a cell phone- or internet-subscription.
UP TV L comes with a TV box. It's only available with an internet-subscription. Usually UP TV L is included in any UP Home subscription.
