Do I need a new socket installation?

Dear all,

We have recently moved to a new apartment and I found out that I cannot connect coaxial wire with the existing sockets in the new apartment (see the photo below).

Could you give me a hint whom should I reach out to in order to get this fixed? Thank you.

Welcome to the community.

Usually the Connect Box should come with two different cables. Type A or Type B

in your case: The Connect Box cable A, would go to socket labeled R.

If you don’t have the right cable, you might want to call 0800 707 707. They should be able to assist you and maybe send a technician to fix the wall socket.

Thank you for the answer! Indeed, I totally forgot about cable A. This however didn’t help, as it turned out that the line in the house should be inspected, but this is another story.
