DavidW47 Hello, Trying to access the Connect 3 I received today (which replaces an older model). Will not accept the password on the box! Any hints on what I could be doing wrong. David
Xydocq hello DavidW47 make sure to use the correct password, like shown on the picture. If it doesn’t work, factory reset the Connect Box 3 and try again.
DavidW47 Thank you for your advice - this was where I had gone wrong! I had acknowledged your help via the email from Sunrise. Glad I came here to check you had it - another lesson learnt.
