Good day.

After modifying your mobile network, my USSD requests and calls stopped working on my phone

Phone model - Oppo Reno5 Lite (CPH2205)

IMEI - DELETED

The phone is only 2.5 years old.

My phone number is DELETED.

The phone supports 4G network and the Internet on the phone works normally (then the problem is with your network settings).

Please check what could be the reason? I cannot fully use your communication services.

We’re a user based community. There’s no Sunrise employee around, able to help with your issue.

Since you are not able to make phone calls, it might be best to visit a local Sunrise store. Maybe they are able to help.

I see in the system that you have been informed that we are switching off 3G and that your phone will no longer be compatible. You would need to activate VoLTE, but this is not possible with your model or we have not certified your model.

Please try activating VoLTE once and if no further calls are possible, please contact our support on 0800 707 707.

the operator at the store can’t give a reason. they could only replace the SIM card, but that didn’t help

good evening. yes, there was a message about 3G disconnection, but my phone supports 4G and the Internet works. And turning on VoLTE should not be a replacement for regular calls and ussd requests (this is an additional technology that allows you to make calls without breaking the Internet connection). And most likely the matter is in the SunRise network settings (in addition, other Swiss mobile operators work correctly with my phone).
