Dear Sunrise,

My name is Norbert Csizmár, I live in Hungary, but I am originally from Serbia.

Recently, I found a Huawei H122-373 5G router on a Serbian classified ads website, kupujem-prodajem.rs, and purchased it through a personal acquaintance from a private individual for €60.

Unfortunately, once the router arrived, I discovered that it is SIM-locked and therefore completely unusable for me.

The IMEI of the device is: 866887043864670.

I would like to return the device to Sunrise.

Could you please send me the correct return address where I can send the package?

Welcome to the community.

We’re a user based community. So nobody on here is able to really help you with your issue.

I can tell you, Sunrise will not take the device from you, nor will they remove the SIM-lock for you.

You’ll have to ask the person, you got the router from, to take it back and give you your money back. If that’s not possible, you might have bought a €60 paperweight. 😞

I don’t need the €60. I wrote here because sunrise.ch doesn’t provide an email address.

I would like to return the device to the provider completely free of charge, because it belongs to Sunrise, not to me.

This is an expensive device, and I don’t want money or a SIM unlock.

I am not the rightful owner — Sunrise is.

If you are able to forward this message to Sunrise or let them know, I would truly appreciate it.
