Hello,

I have a Sunrise account registered with my email and 2 step security to my iPhone.

I live with my wife.

My problem is that the way my account if configured, I have total control, and my wife cannot login to pay bills or make changes without access to my iPhone for 2 step security. As far as I understand, it is not possible to add a 2 step security device (my wife’s iPhone).

What do you suggest ?

There is no way to send the 2FA to two numbers.

I recommend the following:
- Pay the bills together once a month or
- Add your wife’s cell phone number for the 2FA in My Sunrise
- Use the Connect app to support your modem
- Use the Sunrise Cockpit for other settings such as limits, roaming, etc.

Sunrise could simply offer 2FA with simple, traditional TOTP (i.e. this thing where you can use any Authenticator-App and initialize with a QR-Code).
How hard can it be…

That’s not possible.

louis43 Click on your profile at the top right and then on My profile. There you will find the corresponding field 2 FA, where you can add / change your cell phone number.
