I still have not gotten help to resolve my prepaid tourist esim after rounds of wasting my time trying to get online help. I intend to use the card on 24th Jun and it has been 2 days I got no sim to use! This is when I tried to seek help since 22nd jun!
I want to cancel the order as you guys are not doing anything to fulfil the order. I’m been push around between online chat support and staff in sunrise shop. It is ridiculous you guys expect customer to bear call charges to call into customer help line where wait is long and result is not guaranteed.
