Do you perhaps have “Surf and Protect” enabled in MySunrise?
Perhaps you can check the rout to the url/ip by using nslookup in the windows CMD?
(press “Winkey + R”, type CMD, hit enter, type “nslookup yourip/domain” and post the out come)
If this fails, you can try to flush you DNS Cache with:
Click on Start, then search for Command Prompt. Right-click it and select “Run as Administrator.”
Once the Command Prompt is open, type ipconfig /flushdns
and press Enter.
A message will appear confirming that the DNS Resolver Cache was flushed.
then try again.
