Are you looking for information on how to activate and set call forwarding on your cell phone? Then you’ve come to the right place.
Prerequisite:
To activate and set call forwarding, you need a Sunrise Mobile subscription. For prepaid Mobile users, please note that some call detour cannot be set.
1. Click on this link to log in to MySunrise..

2. Select your Mobile product that requires call forwarding


3. Go to Settings. Activate the Sunrise mailbox (A) if you want to have call forwarding to the Sunrise mailbox active. Do not activate this function (A) if you want call forwarding to another number. Then click on Call forwarding (B).


4. Here you can now set the call forwarding you would like to have active. Standard call forwarding options are If busy, If unavailable and If no answer after. If you want to divert the calls to the Sunrise mailbox, simply select the entry Sunrise mailbox. If you want to divert calls to another phone number, select Other phone number. Click on Save to save your selection.
