I would like to ask for your assistance regarding my SIM card. I purchased your SIM card in 2023 during my visit to Switzerland, but I have not used it since then. Next week, I will be traveling to Switzerland again and would like to reactivate the SIM card.
However, I am unable to log in to my account on your website because the login process requires verification via SMS, but my SIM card is currently inactive and cannot receive messages.
Could you please advise me on how I can reactivate my SIM card, or what steps I should take to access my account and use the SIM card again?
