Hi, I have an unstable internet connection mainly in the mornings. I logged the issues overt the last view days and see that the router is not pingable mainly around 8am to 10am resp. is on a and off. Can I have a log file of the router?

8109630762 All signal values are OK. We can’t find anything that explains your error. It is noticeable that most of the devices are connected via LAN 3. I recommend using LAN 4 here, as this has 2.5Gbit in the download.

If the network instability persists on the WIFI side, please wait until you have received and installed the extender and get back to me. If it is not the WIFI, we would appreciate more information such as which device, how exactly you determine this, etc.

I can switch LAN 3 and LAN 4. thx

8109630762 The Gofile link and all other sharing links are blocked. Furthermore, only 100mbit is active on LAN 4. So something is slowing down LAN 4. Everything looks fine from here. If necessary, can our support on 0800 707 707 see more?
