I just got used to not being able to turn off TV’s anymore and to have in the best case a restart option because it is old wisdom that a reboot solves problems…
Well, until I came to Sunrise. It was a little bit strange that a reboot required a pin code but I stopped questioning these things a long time ago and so I made a “Reboot TV Box” to find out that for Sunrise a Reboot is a Factory Reset.
Of course the box didn’t restart anymore because internet issues that were the reason for my restart in the first place.
PLEASE sunrise, do not invent new terms for factory reset. I understand that many of your customers might not understand “factory reset” but then please just explain it to them…
I know you have a manual and in general I read that just after reading the AGB’s but I’m not finished yet with the AGB’s…😁
