My internet connection seems to be working, at least i see that i DNS responses to my DNS requests. However, my client proxy connection very rarely gets a response. I see hundreds of requests going out but hardly ever a response. As soon as i use a different internet it works. Is there some sort of throttling or filtering on such request or a another proxy on the internet service?
