How to enforce 5G band connection (N28 or N78) on mobile internet with ZTE G50?

My mobile LTE 5G ZTE 550 router connect only to 4G bands to mobile network (using N3 band, giving low speed). If I lock internet to N28 or N78, the sim does not connect to internet. How to enforce 5G band connection (N28 or N78)? See attached.

I don’t know your router exactly, but do you have a 5G switch there and if so, is it active?

Thank you for your reply.

The hotspot (ZTE F50) is set to connect to 5G but when I look at the available bands it connect only to a 4G band (N3) limiting the speed to 10-20Mbps. If I fix the hotspot to use only the 5G bands SIM does not connect to Sunrise network although the hotspot is capable of. This is the problem.

I changed the sim to We connect wifi where the down to download speed is 2Gb but the issue stayed. Only 4G network band and low speed.
