In MySunrise I find nowhere to select this. And the support sends me to what to do after it is enabled. I assume I have to call somewhere to get it added but is that the general sales number and why is it not an option in My Products - surely you want to sell more things there?

Ch-risb The option can be ordered normally in MySunrise. After ordering and activation, this page can help you.

Daniele_Sunrise Hi Daniele, I could not find it - which section should it be in? In My Products there were no options to add to the Handy plans.

I telephoned the sales line and that was a lot easier than the app. So it is all done and appears under My Products. Human interaction won the day!

Ch-risb If you click on one of your mobile subscriptions in the product overview, you should see the option additional SIM/eSIM at the bottom right. Click on this link to start the order process.
