Hi,

Since we have changed from Citycable to Sunrise we are regularly losing the internet service, mainly during the week and sometimes only for a few minutes, I have started to note these interruptions:-

Jeudi 10 avril 09.27-09.33

Vendredi 11 avril 08.55-09.09

Mercredi 16 avril 12.47-12.50

Mercredi 23 avril 08.30-08.36

Lundi 28 avril 16.22-16.30

Mercredi 30 avril 11.50-12.35

Lundi 5 Mai 10.51-10.53

Mercredi 7 mai 09.25-09.47

Any solution to this problem?

Hi Daniele,

Many thanks for the fast reply! Your technician came today and explained that Sunrise are renewing the infrastructure in Cugy which may lead to internet problems, however this should be resolved in the next two weeks.

Many thanks to all for the very fast service, we are quick to complain about problems so we should also be quick to praise good service!
