You should be fine with the Gigaset Box 100. Analog phones should work fine with the Connect Box 3.
TEL Port 1 is the one port working, TEL Port 2 is just there for the looks.
You will have to check if Telephony is activated on your connection. To do so, sign in to the Connect Box 3. The information will be shown on the welcome page.

If it shows off, you will have to call 0800 707 707 and request your telephony to be activated. Keep in mind, not every contract comes with telephony out of the box.
From what I know, Sunrise doesn’t provide SIP credentials for HFC (Cable-TV) connections. Without knowing what type of internet connection you have, I can’t comment on the Gigaset Go-Box.
