Hi all,
I’m experiencing issues on remote desktop connection, error 0×10b (connection error). VPN is apparently stable with no errors, but RDP is definitely not working.
I took two dumps with tcpdump one using landline, and the second with mobile hotspot (both Sunrise)
I checked with wireshark:
Landline: dozens of TCP errors, and the the RDP end in error

Mobile, all fine:

On online portal, i did sutomatic check for the modem, and the result was a request of modem reboot, and then a message “modem not working”. then I repeated it and the result was fine.
Anyone can give me hints? How can I contact support to have a feedback?
