Hello, this morning I’ve switched (as requested by sunrise) sockets from 2 to 1.
I have a connect box 3 fiber. I’ve tried to:
- check if the cables (both optic and lan) were well inserted;
- restarted the device and waited minutes before turning it on again;
- tried to do a factory reset (I don’t see anything blinking, the device’s light keeps being white)
- tried some Microsoft troubleshooting
Did the device somehow fry itself by switching sockets?
