Today i got a phone call from a level 2 custom service employer, about 14 a clock, who said “my problem it’s now investigated by the technicians and it’s first in the list of priorities”. So they will fix it no problem i guessed, now I don’t know how hard is it to just release the internet to my apartment as a new customer, but it’s not funny anymore. I smell I am a bit lied, at least if it’s not resolved or you have problems fixing it, just call me back and say, u guys need more time or something not just tell me, “it’s fixing it now, tomorrow they come, well tomorrow will not come because etc etc”.
So, still no internet.🤨
