SimonWyss I moved to a different floor and Sunrise Support enabled the Connect Box 3 Fibre to the new socket. WiFi works fine. But my Sunrise Connect App doesn’t recognize my setup anymore and I cannot re-connect the WiFi extender (pod) anymore. The pod was working fine before the move. How can I reset or re-trigger the setup in the Connect App?

SimonWyss Daniele_Sunrise Hi Daniele, many thanks. Unfortunately it still doesn’t work. What has changed is that the Extender was blinking and does not anymore since I received your message. I also cannot see the network in my Connect App. It say ’Oops, something went wrong’. best regards Simon

SimonWyss Dear Daniele, many thanks for your reply. So I have deleted the Sunrise Connect app, restarted my iPhone and then reinstalled it. Unfortunately it still does the same ’Oops’ Message than before. Sorry, it doesn’t work yet. Best regards from Simon
