How to access Disney+ that we subscribe to under the Premium Package

We subscribe to the Premium DE package but can’t find where to access Disney+ and One+.
I went into the Disney+ app and it asked for the email address but a message says that the account doesn’t exist.
We seem to be paying for these apps but we can’t access them??

Please log in to your MySunrise-account.

Go to My Products > Up TV L Home > Overview, you’ll see the streaming apps and their status there. If you can’t link the apps to your account, you might want to call 0800 707 707 and get assistance from them.

Hi Daniel

I tried both links (Activate Subscription) and (Link Subscription). They both ask to enter the email address and a password but it then shows an error message on the Disney screen that “There was a problem activating your subscription. To start streaming, try activating again using a different browser or check your browser settings to ensure private browsing is not turned on while completing activation”

I tried both Safari and Google and received the same error message

Foxey In this case I have to refer you to the support 0800 707 707 to create a ticket. They can record your request in a ticket and forward it to our IT department for further clarification.
