Steerpike I’m trying to buy a pre-paid eSIM from this page - https://www.sunrise.ch/en/mobile/prepaid (1st item - Prepaid unlimited). I chose ‘I have an international address’, and I entered my US passport and expiration date. I then entered my credit card details, and submitted. The screen responded with ‘Order in progress, do not refresh’. This remained for a long time (an hour?). I finally gave up. No charge has occurred on my card that I can see, but also no confirmation of the purchase. I’m reluctant to keep trying. The card has been used extensively overseas. Is this a common problem? Any workarounds? I need the service soon.
Steerpike Steerpike I just tried again; this time, after submitting the payment, I got: ’Error. An error has occurred. Please try payment again" with the only option being ‘Try Again’. I hit ‘Try again’ and then I got the ‘Order in progress, do not refresh’.
Xydocq hello Steerpike I am not sure what could have cost the problems. You could try and use a VPN-connection to place your order, or you would simply have to try again. The last option would be to visit a local store at the point of entry.
