Hi, has anyone else noticed packet loss in the last few weeks? Since I got back from vacation around April 6th, I’ve noticed a lot of lag when gaming. Started to run packet loss tests when I noticed the problem happening.

I’ve done the usual of rebooting all equipment but it hasn’t helped. It’s also not consistent. For example it was ok in the morning but right now it’s bad.

I have a similar problem.

Sometimes it can be some issues with the power settings on the router and a technician can fix that (usually they can check for it rapidly). Since you have the packet drop both on upload and download I hope it’s quickly resolvable.

I’ve had a similar problem since the end of last year and it was never resolved (https://community.sunrise.ch/d/39187-bursts-of-packet-loss-late-packet-30-accross-all-devices-lan-and-wifi/67) and sometimes 5g is more stable than my home internet during peak hours :/
