Dear Sunrise Team,

Can you help me please, what is the proper way to replace the sunrise internetbox with my own router? I have a fiber connection and my device able to handle fiber connectivity.

What are the necessary settings? Are there any VLAN Tag on your line?

Sunrise doesn’t allow the use of third party modems on fiber connections, and there is no support from Sunrise on this issue.

You’ll find lots of comments on the community regarding this issue. Some users were able to make it work and for some it never worked, no matter what they tried.
